Parmesan Meatballs

Prep: 15 minutes; bake 25 minutes

“I only want to be with you”, my lovely meatballs. This is my all time favorite recipe for meatballs. I use it in spaghetti, with mozzarella basil cream and in our meatball shepherd’s pie. Easy to make and we never seem to have enough meatballs…


1 ½ lb ground beef

¼ cup panko bread crumbs

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 eggs, lightly beaten

1/3 cup onion, diced finely

1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 Tbsp dried or fresh parsley, minced

1 tsp garlic minced

½ tsp dried oregano


Dash of milk


Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Line a baking sheet with foil. Mix all of the ingredients well, by hand in a large bowl. Mix until evenly combined and then roll into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter. Spread evenlyin single layer on baking sheet. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes until done.
