BBQ Chili Corn On the Cob

Time: 25 minutes

This is such a simple and flavourful recipe. I love to serve it at BBQ parties and sometimes I switch it up with Bacon Wrapped Corn on the Cob. I have paired it with Jolene – my mom used to (and still says) that the way to a man’s heart is through their stomach! Try out this corn on the cob with a person of “interest” and see what happens.

Music Selection: Miley Cyrus – Jolene

Ingredients:

4 ears of corn, cleaned

2 Tbsp chili powder

4 Tbsp butter

Directions:

Preheat BBQ to medium (350 deg F). Cut 4 pieces of foil about 12 x 12. On each piece of foil, lay the corn on a diagonal, near the bottom tip.

Sprinkle with ¼ of the chili powder and put a dollop of butter.

Roll the foil around the corn tightly, tucking in ends. Place on bbq and turn every five minutes until done – about 20 minutes. Enjoy.

  1. That corn does look good. I also applaud the music selection.
