Music Selection: Irish Rovers – 25th Anniversary – Wasn’t that a Party?
We love to throw a number of BBQ parties throughout our very short summers! AND we love our Alberta beef. This recipe pairs together Alberta beef, a BBQ party and an Irish Rover party song – enjoy!

Ingredients:
3 – 4 striploin steaks
2 – 3 cloves garlic, sliced
4 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 bottle of beer or lager – 12 oz
Salt/pepper
Toppings: fried mushrooms or crumbled blue cheese or goat cheese
Directions:
In large ziplock bag, place steaks, garlic, rosemary and beer. Let marinade for about 2 hours up to 8 hours. Remove from marinade and discard the marinade.
Preheat BBQ to medium heat (350 deg F). Salt/Pepper the steaks. BBQ to your desired meat “doneness”. We like ours medium rare.
Top with fried mushrooms and/or blue or goat cheese. Serve with chili corn on the cob and our creamy cheese broccoli stuffed potatoes.
