Time: 1 hour
We will never be “royals”, but we sure like to eat well, like we are royalty sometimes “on a budget”… For Easter this year, I tasked my 14 YO daughter with appetizers and she decided to add some lamb to our menu and made these delicious appetizers! They are easy to make and you can make the meatballs in advance and either freeze them for up to a week or you can make them the day before and keep them in the fridge! These are great for Thanksgiving, Christmas or a New Years Party! See – partying like we “have money”… Enjoy your day!
