Homemade Breakfast Sausage Patties

A great way to start you in the right direction, is to have a healthy, hearty breakfast! There are a lot of options for interesting, unique, and healthy breakfasts on this blog. Try these sausages as a great start to the day and to taking steps to make life even better today!

1 lb ground pork

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried or fresh chopped rosemary

1 tsp dried or fresh chopped oregano

¼ tsp nutmeg

1 tsp smoked paprika



In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.

Take a ¼ cup of meat mixture and form into patties that are about 2 ½ inches in diameter and ½ inch thick. This should make about a dozen patties.

In large skillet, cook the sausages over medium heat until browned and then flip (about 6 – 8 minutes per side).

Serve with eggs or a Bacon & Eggs Dutch Baby!
