Garlic Rosemary Buns
Time: 12 hours (8 hours to let bread dough thaw)
Playing a song in tribute of a musician whose music I quite like while making these buns for a BBQ party. Hoping you enjoy both, as much as I do.
Music Selection: Avicii – Heaven

Ingredients:
1 loaf frozen bread dough
¼ cup butter
2 Tbsp finely chopped rosemary
3 cloves minced garlic
Optional: 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
Grease a loaf pan. Place frozen bread dough in pan, cover with a cloth and let thaw for 8 hours, until full risen.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough to a large rectangle (12 x 15 inches).
Melt the butter and add in the rosemary and garlic. Brush on the bread dough, but reserve a little butter for the tops of the buns.
Roll up the dough and cut into 10 equal sized pieces.
Butter a large baking dish and place the dough spread out in the dish. Cover and let rise for 90 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Brush with any remaining butter (or add some grated cheese on top). Bake for 28 – 30 minutes.
