Broccoli Cheese Casserole

Time: 45 minutes

Laughter is the best medicine. Music helps us relax. Broccoli is good for us. Cheese is just yummy, so I am paring them all together. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 large head of broccoli (about 1 ½ lbs)

8 oz cream cheese, softened in microwave

¼ cup sour cream

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 Tbsp finely chopped red onion

2 Tbsp chicken broth

1 tsp dried or fresh dill, cut fine

Salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 deg F.

In large casserole, place the broccoli florets.

In a microwaveable bowl, put cream cheese and microwave for about 20 seconds to soften it. Mixx in the sour cream, chicken broth, dill and red onion. Then mix in the cheese.

Spread over the broccoli. Bake in oven about 25 – 30 minutes, depending on how soft or crunchy you like your broccoli.
