Lamb Burgers Supreme

Time: 40 minutes

You can never be the “way we were” after you try these lamb burgers. They are so delicious with flavour and the added vegetables not only add flavour, they are super healthy for you – making them “supreme”.

Music Selection: Beyonce  – The Way We Were


1 lb ground lean lamb

¾ cup bread crumbs

¼ cup finely chopped roasted red pepper

¼ cup finely chopped onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

¼ cup crumbled goat cheese

1 cup finely chopped fresh spinach

1 large egg

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

Hamburger buns

Toppings: thinly sliced red onion, black olive tapenade, tomatoes or sliced olives

Serve with lemon feta aioli


Mix all of the ingredients, except hamburger buns and toppings. Shape into patties the size of the diameter of your bun. We had large buns, so we had enough for 5 patties.

Grill the patties on the barbeque or fry in a pan.

Toast your buns, place the patty on the bottom. Add some lemon feta aioli and the toppings. Place top of bun on top and enjoy!
