Ingredients:

½ cup mayonnaise

½ cup crumbled feta or goat cheese

½ tsp grated lemon rind

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt/pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Cover and refrigerate.  Delicious on Lamb Burgers Supreme or as a dip for roasted potatoes or roasted yams.
