Ingredients:
12 jalapeno peppers
1 8 oz block cream cheese, softened at room temperature
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried dill
12 slices bacon
Directions:
Line a baking sheet with foil. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese until soft. Add in onion powder, paprika, dill and cheddar. Mix well. Set aside.
Wash the jalapenos, and cut lengthwise. Remove the seeds. Do not touch face or eyes. Wash hands.
With a spoon, fill each jalapeno half with cream cheese mix. Cut the slices of bacon in half lengthwise. Wrap one around each jalapeno. Lay on baking sheet.
Bake in oven for 20 – 25 minutes.
