Sauteed Green Beans

Time: 20 minutes

Now green beans may not be your favourite vegetable (yet), but on the next rainy night when you want some delicious, aromatic comfort food, try these delicious sauteed green beans. You can play with the toppings to get different flavours! Enjoy your rainy night and your green beans!

340 g (12 oz) fresh green beans, trimmed

2 Tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic

Optional: dried red chili flakes, dried herbes de provence or fresh dill


In large frying pan, melt butter. Turn to medium high and add garlic and green beans.

Saute until desired crispness. Salt/pepper and sprinkle either red chili flakes, herbes de provence or fresh dill on top. Serve with honey citrus bbq salmon.
