Best Two Cheese Scrambled Eggs

Time: 15 minutes

Super simple and sure to hit the spot for breakfast or brunch for you and someone you may be “more than friends”.

3 eggs

1 Tbsp cream or sour cream

2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese

1 – 2 slices cheddar cheese or ¼ cup grated cheddar cheese


2 Tbsp butter


In bowl, beat the eggs, cream, parmesan cheese and salt/pepper.

In frying pan, on medium heat, melt the butter.

Pour in the eggs and with a spatula, continually fold the eggs from edge to centre, going around and around the pan, until the eggs start to form.  Keep folding until eggs at the consistency you like.

Turn heat down, place cheddar cheese on the eggs and cover the eggs with a lid to melt the cheddar. This should take about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and enjoy with bacon or sausage, toast and strong cup of coffee or tea!
