Time: 15 minutes plus marinating time
This is one of those recipes that is quick to cook and delicious to eat. I like to do a big batch so we have left overs for noodle soup, stir fry fried rice.
Music Selection: Ray Charles – What’d I Say

Ingredients:
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsp brown sugar
3 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp Chinese fi e spice
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp ground ginger
1 lb pork tenderloin or uncured back bacon, sliced ¼ inch
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a ziplock bag and let marinate for a minimum of one hour, but better if it sits overnight.

When ready to eat, heat BBQ to 400 degrees.
Remove meat from bag and place on BBQ. Let it brown, then flip. These will cook very quickly – 1 -2 minutes per side.

Enjoy with rice (fried cauliflower rice), stir fry or add to an Asian noodle soup.
