BBQ Italian Porkloin

Time: marinating time: 2 hours; 30 minutes

Ingredients:

2  porkloins, 2 lbs each

½ cup balsamic vinegar

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried basil

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried onion powder

Salt/pepper

Directions:

Place porkloins in large ziplock bags with all the ingredients and let marinate  for at least two hours.

Preheat BBQ to 350 degrees.

Remove porkloin from ziplock bag, leaving the herbs on the pork.

Braise on bbq and salt/pepper. BBQ until porkloins at 145 degrees.

Remove and tent for 10 – 15 minutes. Slice into 1 inch slices and serve with broccoli with creamy lemon garlic sauce and roasted italian potatoes!
