You will want to tango after having this scrumptuous broccoli side dish. It is a great keto diet dish, too!
Music Selection: Tango – Roxanne

Ingredients:
1 large head of broccoli, cut into large florets
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup heavy cream
¼ cup parmesan cheese
Zest from one lemon
Juice form one lemon
1 ½ tsp garlic powder
Salt/pepper to taste
Directions:
Prepare steamer and put broccoli to steam. Steam for 15 minutes, or until desired tenderness.\



In large sauce pan, on medium heat, whisk the cream cheese, garlic powder, and cream. When the cheese has melted, add in the lemon zest, parmesan cheese and lemon juice. Let it start to simmer, but not boil so it does not curdle. Remove from heat.






Strain the broccoli into a bowl and pour sauce over broccoli. Serve with extra parmesan cheese.
