Do you know what I love about this recipe? Sooo easy, soooo fast, sooo delicious AND the leftovers make great fried potatoes in the morning or as fried hash!
Music Selection: Roxette – It Must Have Been Love

Ingredients:
5 – 6 potatoes, skin on
1 cup Italian dressing (kraft, paul newman, etc) – do not use a creamy one
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a 9 x 13 pan with parchment paper.

Slice the potatoes into half inch slices. Pour ½ of the Italian dressing on the bottom of the pan.





Layer the potatoes into the pan, drizzling the Italian dressing on top and in between layers. Cover with foil.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

Remove and sprinkle cheese on top then cook uncovered in the oven for another 10 -15 minutes, until the potatoes are cooked.
