Time: 30 – 60 minutes (can be made night before)
Watcha do to your body when you have a healthy, green matcha tea delicious pudding? This is very keto friendly if you use monkfruit sugar, too! I like to make it the night before and yes,…. have it for breakfast!
Music Selection: Lee Aaron – Whatcha Do To My Body

Ingredients:
1 cup milk (whole milk is best)
1 green tea bag or 1 Tsp matcha tea or 1 package instant matcha green tea latte
½ tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp sugar (monkfruit sugar if on keto)
3 – 5 Tbsp chia seeds
Directions:
In a microwaveable bowl, heat the milk with the tea bag in it (do not add matcha tea or instant latte yet). Heat in microwave for 60 – 90 seconds, until hot. Remove from microwave and if you are using the matcha tea or instant tea, mix in well. If using the tea bag, let steep for 3 – 5 minutes. Remove tea bag.

Stir in vanilla and sugar if using a tea bag or the matcha tea – you will not need the vanilla and sugar if using the instant matcha green tea latte.

Let cool to room temperature. Whisk or stir in the chia seeds and stir every few minutes, so it does not clump for 30 minutes. You can add more or less chia, depending on how thick you like your pudding. You can chill and eat later or eat after the chia seeds are soft (30 minutes).
