Fennel Orange Salad

Time: 10 minutes

So simple, so delicious, so healthy… the perfect salad to ensure great BBQ and family gathering memories.

Music Selection: Maroon 5 – Memories


3 bulbs of fennel

2 large navel oranges

2 Tbsp olive oil

¼ cup of dried cranberries

3 Tbsp red wine vinegar



Remove tops of the fennel. Finely shave the fennel and put in a large bowl.

Peel the oranges and break into ½. Using a sharp knife, thinly slice the oranges and then cut in smaller pieces. Add to the fennel.

Toss in the cranberries.

Drizzle on the olive oil and red wine vinegar. Mix. Salt/pepper to taste.

Enjoy this refreshing, light salad.
