Ever find yourself rushing to get supper on and can’t think of a quick side dish? Well, here is a simple favorite of ours. Simple, tasty and healthy… now, don’t you wonder why you are in such a hurry? Enjoy.

Ingredients:
1 large head of broccoli, cut in large florets
3 garlic cloves
2 Tbsp soy sauce
Olive oil
Water
Directions:
Heat up a large pan with the olive oil on medium-high heat.
Add the peeled cloves of garlic, whole (not minced). Fry them until they are brown all over. Remove garlic.

Add the broccoli to heated pan in a single layer. Sear until a little brown, then flip broccoli. Add the soy sauce and 2 Tbsp water.

Cover with a lid and let steam until broccoli is at the degree of tenderness you like – we like ours a bit on the crunchy side.

Remove from heat and salt/pepper to liking. Enjoy immediately with pork chops with mushroom stuffing!
