In A Snap Pizza Buns (BLSS)

This is a BLSS staple (Breakfast, Lunch, Supper or Snack). I like to make these for my kids at breakfast as it fast and healthy and uses up ingredients I usually have in my fridge or freezer! AND you will feel complete happiness (bliss) while you enjoy them!

Music Selection: Mariah Carey – Bliss

Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

3 buns, cut in half (I like to use onion buns or cheese buns, but plain buns will do)

1 cup pizza sauce

2 cups mozzarella cheese, shred

Toppings: bacon, cooked Italian sausage, mushrooms, pineapple, ham, olives, shrimp, red onion, pepperoni slices, green pepper

Directions:

Turn oven broiler on high.

On a large baking sheet, covered with foil or parchment paper, place the buns cut side up.

Place in oven and broil for 1 – 2 minutes – watch carefully so it does not burn.

Top each bun with 1 – 2 Tbsp of pizza sauce.

Then place toppings on your pizzas. Here are some suggestions:

  1. Ham and pineapple
  2. Ham, pineapple and shrimp
  3. Mushroom and pepperoni
  4. Ham, pepperoni, and cooked Italian sausage
  5. Bacon and mushroom
  6. Green pepper, olives and red onion
  7. Bacon, sausage, and ham

Then top with a ¼ cup or more of grated mozzarella. Place back under broiler and watch carefully as it will burn quickly. Let it melt and get a little brown!

Serve immediately!
