Turmeric Ginger Chia Pudding

Time: 20 minutes

This is “so good” and the perfect snack or breakfast. You can make it the night before for a great, healthy and tasty breakfast – for when you need to feel so good all day long.

½ cup chia seeds

1 – 400 mL can of coconut milk

4 – 6 Tbsp of maple syrup or brown sugar (to taste)

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp fresh grated ginger (you can add more to taste)


In 2 small cups, put ¼ cup of chia each.

Evenly split the coconut milk and pour on the chia. Mix well.

Add  2 – 3 Tbsp of maple syrup, ½ tsp of turmeric and ½ tsp of grated ginger in each cup. Mix well.

Let sit for 20 minutes, stirring from time to time. Top with whipped coconut or whipped cream and sprinkle with a little extra coconut. Enjoy for breakfast, or as a snack!
