Music Selection: Jacob Lee – I Belong To You

Ingredients:
6 – 8 cups cooked pasta (macaroni, radiatore, fusilli) – at room temperature
1 cup cooked ham, cubed
1 cup cheddar cheese (old), cubed
1 green onion, diced
½ red pepper, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
10 cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 ½ – 2 cups mayonnaise (more if your pasta is dry)
1 ½ tsp smoked paprika
(optional) 1 tsp dried dill
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Salt/pepper to taste
Directions:
In large bowl, mix your pasta gently with green onion, red pepper, celery, ham, and tomatoes.



Mix gently. Add the mayonnaise, paprika and apple cider vinegar. Mix. Salt/pepper to taste. Let set for a few hours in the fridge (covered) so the flavours blend.

Just before you serve, taste it to see if it needs a little extra mayonnaise or paprika. Top with an extra shake of smoked paprika and/or dill.


Enjoy with steak, burgers, BBQ chicken…. goes with well with … a party
