This is a great side dish to add a little zip to nachos, burritos, enchiladas and even ramen soup!

2 limes, juiced
1 large jalapeno, sliced in half and seeded
1 tsp sugar
In large bowl, mix the lime juice, salt and sugar.
Slice the jalapeno in fine slivers and let sit in the lime juice for one hour.
Serve with nachos, enchiladas, burritos or as a topping for ramen.
