Time: 30 minutes

Do you ever call everyone for supper and no one answers… this recipe and song are for you… although once they taste this supper, they will show up when you make it again and again.

Music Selection: Vince Gill – When I Call Your Name

Ingredients:

4 – 5 basa filets, cut into 1/3 chunks (about 3 – 4 inches in length)

1 cup plain yogurt

1 fresh lime, squeezed

2 small cloves garlic

1 tsp pureed ginger

¼ tsp cumin

¼ tsp cayenne

Optional: fresh mint or cilantro

Directions:

Mix the yogurt, lime juice, garlic, ginger, cumin and cayenne in a shallow long bowl. Salt/pepper.

Take the fish and coat it all in the yogurt. Set aside for about 15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

On a lined baking sheet, place each piece of fish single layer. Place in oven and bake for about 6 – 8 minutes. Check to see if nearly done and then remove so it does not over cook.

Serve with golden couscous, peas and glazed carrots.
