Dill Sauce

Time: 20 minutes

This is a must if you are making schnitzel… it really is dedicated to make schnitzel even better! Try it!

1 ½ c. chicken broth

1 cup sour cream

2 Tbsp dried dill

2 heaping Tbsp flour



Heat chicken broth in a sauce pan. In separate bowl, mix the sour cream, flour and dill so no lumps.

Slowly whisk in the sour cream to the hot broth. Stir until it thickens. Salt/pepper to desired taste.

Serve over schnitzel.
