Overnight Peanut Butter Banana Chia Pudding

Time: 10 minutes & overnight

If you try this recipe, you will really be asking “when will I see you again?” It is that good and that delicious AND did I mention healthy! Easy, quick and a recipe anyone can follow! Enjoy.

Music Selection: The Three Degrees – When Will I See You Again

Ingredients:

½ cup chia seeds

½ cup peanut butter

¼ cup Greek vanilla or honey yogurt

1 banana

1 ¼ cup milk

Dash cloves

3 Tbsp brown sugar

½ cup cream

whipped cream for topping

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, yogurt and milk.

Mash banana in bowl and add to peanut butter. Add cloves and brown sugar. Mix well.

Add chia. Cover and let set overnight.

In the morning, the pudding will be quite thick, so add the cream (or more if you like it even more runny). Put in a nice glass and top with some whipped cream. Enjoy with tea or coffee!
